Reflection about "Peran Penelitian dalam Pengembangan Pendidikan Matematika"

This reflection based on Mr. Marsigit article : Peran Penelitian dalam Pengembangan Pendidikan Matematika

I agree with Mr. Marsigit statement that knowledge can increase teacher's professionalism. Teacher should be inovative, so the student also can upgrade their ability. This article similliar with other Mr. Marsigit's article, with title "Do the Teachers need to Research their Own Teaching ?" which post on Feb 12, 2013 in this blog.
Teacher should changeable and follow the development of technology. Now, in globalization era, if people can't adapt with their environment & surroundings, they will get cultural lag (behind the times). We should moving forward, so this country also be better than this.

Reflection about "Mathematics and Language 7"

This reflection based on Mr. Marsigit article : Mathematics and Language 7

I agree with Mr, Marsigit opinion that models are important. The younger learner also important doing communication when they study, especially mathematics. I appreciate Mr. Marsigit because in his communication, he has a huge un-pattern zed input of data. It will helps the young learner and the techer to communicate well and build good relationship.

Reflection to "Tolak Perubahan Kurikulum Pendidikan"

This reflection ased on Mr. Marsigit article about Tolak Perubahan Kurikulum Pendidikan 

This article is very interesting. The topic is about our curriculum that important to our country, especially for next generation who continue to build this country. Based on this article, I also disagree if our curriculum changing from 2006 to 2013. It's because the reason that explain before on Mr. Marsigit article. Actually, the government should think twice (or more) when they arrange new policy or curriculum. They must think not only the advantages, but also the disdvantages. It's all for the existence of our country.

Reflection 2: Problem Of Mathematics Teaching

Based on a research, the method of teaching, reflect on traditional method of teaching and learning of mathematics. All method that used in teaching and learning depend on the teacher. Teacher influence the student, so student can’t develop without the development of teacher.

Actually, if teacher use traditional method, it means the teacher didn’t believe about student ability. The teacher obligate to deliver the knowledge anywhere and anytime. So, the best way is the teacher facilitate the student with various methods, resources, and equipments, such as webblog and online task. It can develop the student to be active then students can contribute their ideas. The students should start to open their mind and their dimension.

The best teaching and learning also based on culture and religion. But it is should be adapted with situation and compared with various method. The problem is the difficulties to accomodate it with education.

The education problem start from the adult, not from the young. Stimulus-respon method is not eligible anymore. The position of student is unpredictable. From now on the student should changing. It is important to learn the nature of all aspect learning of mathematics, for example: the nature of school mathematics, the nature of student’s learning mathematics, the nature of learning resources, etc.

Mainly, there are two types of mathematics:
FORMAL MATHEMATICS
SCHOOL MATHEMATICS
Axiomatic mathematics
Mathematics is a search of pattern and relationship.
Pure mathematics (University Level, Child doesn’t eligible to absorb formal mathematics)
 -  Mathematics is a problem solving activity
-  Mathematics is an investigation activity
-  Mathematics is the means of communication

Do the Teachers need to Research their Own Teaching ?


Reply to my lecturer, Professor Marsigit, post at his blog, powermathematics.blogspot.com about an article about "Do the Teachers need to Research their Own Teaching", I want to post my comment in my blog.

"Saya sependapat dengan gagasan dalam artikel ini, bahwa guru harus melakukan penelitian mengenai pembelajarannya. Melalui 8 tahapan tindakan yang telah dipaparkan seperti: mengindentifikasi dan menganalisis masalah, menyusun strategi memecahkan masalah, menerapkan dan menguji strategi, mengevaluasi keefektifan strategi, memastikan hasil penelitian, menyimpulkan hasil penelitian, mengulangi siklus, dan melaporkan temuan; diharapkan kegiatan belajar-mengajar akan menjadi lebih baik dan efektif. Guru dapat secara aktif meningkatkan kualitas praktek mengajar, berdasarkan penelitian, pengalaman, dan pengamatan, kemudian merefleksikan pengalaman itu kepada peserta didiknya.
Sebenarnya penelitian bukan hanya bermanfaat bagi guru tersebut dan peserta didiknya saja. Dengan tahap kedelapan mengenai melaporkan hasil penemuan, penelitian guru tersebut dapat bermanfaat bagi guru lain untuk meningkatkan hasil kerjanya. Apabila guru di Indonesia dapat bersikap open-minded, senantiasa berubah kearah yang lebih baik & diikuti peningkatan kualitas peserta didik, maka Indonesia akan menjadi lebih baik.
Artikel ini semakin mengingatkan saya kelak jika saya menjadi seorang guru, kewajiban saya untuk memajukan pendidikan di Indonesia, dimulai dari diri saya sendiri."

Reflection 1 About English Lesson


In the lesson, we need to make sure about the lecturer position and student position. The student in the college, so the lecturer perceive that the students are an adult. The communication between them is a trust. The student believe in the lecturer, and vice versa. The student believe that the lecturer can facilitate the student, and the student will do their homework. This is trust. Everything will continue based on trust.
Another thing that important, besides trust, is a will. If we have a will, we have an attitude. From good attitude, we can learn about the knowledge. The knowledge teach us a skill and from skill, we will get an experience. That experience is the most valuable thing in our life. That sentences can be explained with the scheme:


Will --> Attitude --> Knowledge --> Skill --> Experience
We must have a positive thinking, so we can learn everything ourselves. The lecturer position is not giving us the knowledge easily. We as the student must find it by self. Not much enough time to learn everything in the class. The future is ours, so to study english is our choice. We are the actor in our study life, to build the experience. With doing a test, we will know about our ability.
In a perception, language is a life. There are characteristic of language in our life, such as reading, speaking, writing, etc. We can’t memorize all of it, but we can use it to our daily activity, example: when we make a chat with our classmate.

Berpikir Positif Modal Meraih Sukses



Banyak orang jika diberi pertanyaan mengenai tujuan mereka sekolah dan bekerja adalah untuk mencapai kesuksesan. Kesuksesan adalah tujuan hidup hampir seluruh orang. Dikarenakan hal tersebut, kesuksesan pula yang akhir-akhir ini sering dijadikan bahan topik pembicaraan dalam seminar-seminar pengembangan diri. Kesuksesan bukan hanya menjadi kaya dan bergelimang harta saja, namun ada definisi kesuksesan yang patut dijadikan pertimbangan untuk menentukan tujuan hidup.
Definisi kesuksesan sesungguhnya ada pada masing-masing individu yang menjalani kehidupannya. Kesuksesan bagi si A dan si B mungkin berbeda, tidak dapat disamakan tergantung apa tujuan hidup dan keadaan mereka sendiri. Misalnya, bagi si A kehidupan yang sederhana dan tercukupi adalah sebuah kesuksesan hidup, namun bagi si B itu belum dapat disebut sebagai kesuksesan, begitu pula sebaliknya.
Untuk mencapai kesuksesan dibutuhkan niat serta usaha yang kuat. Selain kedua hal tersebut, orang yang sukses memiliki kunci kesuksesan dan kebiasaan yang menjadikannya sukses. Salah satu kebiasaan orang sukses adalah selalu berpikir positif.

Computer Software

In this post, I will describe about system software with English version language. It is based on E-Learning UNY file that composed by Kuswari, M.Kom.You can download my presentation file about this (with Indonesian version language), here

COMPUTER SOFTWARE IS
1.  A set of computer programs, procedures, and associated documentation concerned with the operation of a data processing system; e.g., compilers, library routines, manuals, and circuit diagrams. 
2.  Information (generally copyrightable) that may provide instructions for computers; data for documentation; and voice, video, and music for entertainment or education.

SOFTWARE CLASSIFICATION according to NAPCS (North American Product Classification System) model . In this classification the software is divided to System Software and Application Software, with each having several sub levels 
  •  System software is the low-level software required to manage computer resources and support the production or execution of application programs but which is not specific to any particular application. 
  • Application software is software program that performs a specific function directly for the end user 

SYSTEM SOFTWARE

1.  Operating systems software 
The low-level software which handles the interface to peripheral hardware, 
schedules tasks, allocates storage, and presents a default interface to the user when no 
application program is running. 
Including : 
  Client and network operating systems 

2.  Network software 
Software that is used to control, monitor, manage and communicate with operating systems, networks, network services, databases, storage and networked applications in an integrated and cooperative fashion across a network from a central location. Including :
  Network management software 
  Server software 
  Security and encryption software 
  Middleware 
  Etc

Resep Bolu Pisang

Hello guys. Hayooo, ada yang doyan bolu gak nih? Hehehehe, pasti mau kalau udah tinggal makannya :P

 Di post ini, aku mau share tentang resep bolu yang cukup simpel dan insyaallah udah diuji kualitasnya :) . Buat temen-temen yang punya waktu luang boleh nih mencoba buat bolu ini.





Pertama, siapkan Bahan :
  • 6 sdm susu kental manis putih
  • 500 g pisang Ambon/Raja, kupas, haluskan
  • 10 kuning telur ayam
  • 8 putih telur ayam
  • 200 g gula pasir
  • 50 g mentega/margarin yang dilelehkan
  • 50 g keju Cheddar parut (sebagai topping, dapat diganti dengan kenari, chocochips, atau lainnya)
  • 200 g tepung terigu
  • 1/2 sdt emulsifier (seperti TBM, SP, baking powder, dll)

My New World

Selamat datang di blog saya, setelah sekian lama saya membiarkan blog ini tak terurus (-.-"). Karena saya benar-benar lammaaa sekali tidak memposting apapun di blog ini jadi serasa punya blog baru.

Hello, mungkin untuk awalnya, saya akan memperkenalkan diri (lagi) terlebih dahulu. Nama lengkap saya Tita Ayu Kartika, biasa dipanggil Tita. Saya asli Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah, lahir pada 27 Mei 1995.
Ehm, sekarang saya sedang menempuh pendidikan di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta prodi Pendidikan Matematika angkatan 2012. Well, saya saat ini masih jadi MaBa alias Mahasiswa Baru. Yah, sebagai MaBa memang banyak sekali cobaannya, mulai dari adaptasi di kos baru, teman baru, dosen baru, pokoknya semuanya yang serba baru.

Tapi alhamdulillah semuanya asyik, yang penting semuanya itu dibuat enjoy. Semangat untuk semuanya, terutama bagi yang saat ini menjadi MaBa seperti saya. Tidak ada yang tak mungkin selama kita berusaha.
